I went to Romney Marsh Osteopath to see if they could help with my neck problems and migraines.
I always feel better after my session with Kate and she has been patiently helping me to find the triggers for my migraines. My neck pain has now diminished and I can see a pattern to my migraines, which has helped me to make small life style changes to keep the migraines at bay.
Everyone at the practice is very kind and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone with an on going health problem.

After just one session my symptoms had significantly improved and I no longer need to take medication for it.

I took advantage of an introductory offer at RMO and chose Kate for her cranial osteopathy. For as long as I can remember I have always suffered very frequent headaches. I was very skeptical that she could do anything to stop them but I was pleasantly surprised! I cannot begin to describe the gentle approach she has but it most definitely works! I have been seeing her for 10 weeks now and only had a few headaches, most of those caused by a fall from my horse but she soon set me straight again! She's magic! I would completely recommend Kate, just keep an open mind on the gentle approach, it does work!

I have been going to Kate for over 15 years for Reiki treatment. I came to Kate with a bad back. My back would go into spasm and would cause me a lot of pain for a week every 3 months. It took a few years of going, and I am now pain free. I do have a few little set backs, but Kate soon puts it right. I continue to go to Kate to keep my body in balance. Kate is full of wisdom about all sorts of things and we always have very good conversations whilst undergoing treatment. I would recommend Kate to anyone, but would say you have to be open minded.

After being involved in a car accident and having permanent damage to my left side, specifically my arm and lower back, she has worked her magic and made it so that I can now function day to day and only have flair ups where I know the cause and can manage appropriately! I injured my back and hips and was in severe pain when I arrived here in New Romney. I was struggling to walk and could not sit without excruciating pain.
I was so happy to have found Romney Marsh Osteopaths! I began twice weekly therapy with their Sports Therapist Liv, and immediately I found relief! She is a great therapist! She listens closely and uses an array of approaches that leave me feeling better each time.
After just 3 weeks, I have almost fully recovered. I walk 5 km each day and I can sit for over an hour without any pain. I still have not gained full range of motion but I am confident that I will in just a couple more sessions.
The whole experience has been not only the exceptional therapy but also great customer service. The people here are wonderful!
