Began positively but the last two sessions became about my housing situation and the last was simply a shame and blame session not about how I was feels bad at all. I would not recommend this for anyone who is feelings fragile and needs positive support. I was consistently told I needed to set boundaries but when I attempted to with Rowena she immediately refused further help.
