I was going to have a public speaking at a big event and as the days drew near , I was anxious and nervous. I had a 2hr coaching with Alison Sanford. It was life transforming , I moved from the place of anxiety to the place of high self confidence. I was ready for this event and I went in for it with the exact energy that it required and execellently engaged with my audience. I am bursting with pride because of the positive feedback that I have been recieving from everyone that attended the event. I am very thankful to Alison for the coaching I recieved. I’ve had amazing results from the guidance and support Alison has given me. I went from spending most my day in bed on morphine, to training for a mile swim, improving my nutrition , fulfilling one of my goals of being able to hold my husbands hand to walk down a beach using one crutch rather than 2 and this weekend will be getting back on my horse. The things blocking me from achieving these things we worked on bit by bit, mind set is very much in a better place. I feel happier, stronger and healthier in myself. Thankyou Alison for all the help you have given me. X

It was a wonderful experience being coached by Alisson. She speaks warm and straight to the soul. I remember the movie "The Horse Whisperer". It was the same feeling during the caching session - I felt listen, I could easily open and I had a nice freedom feeling of expressing of who I am.
