I have been seeing Richard for over a year now (might even be over 2 years) with the pandemic in the way and even with everything that happened for everyone with the long break, I knew I only wanted to see him again and was happy to wait.
I have seen a few counsellors in the past as I believe that the body doesn’t just need physical rest but the mind does too. I couldn’t recommend Richard highly enough!!
He always asks the right questions to help me discover the best answer or options for me which I believe is the best help as being told doesn’t always mean you fully understand something. I guess another way of putting it is that even in his sessions I have felt like I’ve had an epiphany right there when dissecting a life problem.
His sessions have helped me not only become a more well rounded person but also helped me grow and strengthen my mindset which I need for the busy lifestyle I have.
