ReWellness helped us with some parent coaching and it was such a positive experience. From our initial contact with Donna, to our assessment with Wendy and through to our sessions with Aaron, my husband and I felt fully supported. ReWellness provided a space in which we felt safe to explore the challenges we were facing as parents and provided professional and expert assistance in how to overcome these. There is an overwhelming amount of information available to parents and it can feel exhausting trying to find the right solution for your family. Based on our assessment the sessions we attended with ReWellness were focussed and family centred. Their help has been invaluable and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We took my daughter to see Donna as she suffers from anxiety and emetophobia. From the 1st session Donna built a really nice relationship with her and was extremely understanding. She listened to her and supported her. She taught some really good coping skills and also helped us as parents when we needed support with her school. Would definitely recommend

My 8yr old son has seen Wendy twice now both times with amazing results. The first time following a choking incident which caused food anxiety and he had stopped eating solid food, within weeks our life was back on track and more recently for general anxiety.
Both times he progressed quickly and Wendy never keeps you going more than is required. She literally has changed our families lives twice and we are forever grateful.

I would highly recommend ReWellness Counselling if your child requires support. My son was really receptive to discussing his feelings and emotions in this safe place. The Counsellor took take time to understand his issues, which includes childhood trauma. He was able to discuss his worries and looked forward to his sessions.

Since it was our first experience with counselling, my son enjoyed every session with Wendy, without hesitation or refusal. It definitely has boosted his confidence in speaking more than usual and opening up more to talk about his worries. I believe it also helped with his night terrors which he was having for months. He also had surprises he achieved after each goal which made him more amused. Wendy has been supportive and helped us through the issues we were experiencing. She is truthfully a very experienced and remarkable person.
