Avoid this company at all costs!

I purchased three Copeland ZB45 compressors from them, and two failed within minutes of use, while the third arrived in a damaged condition. The customer service, particularly from a rude representative named Robin, was shockingly poor. When I ordered replacement compressors from a different supplier, I was told the version I had was obsolete and hadn’t been manufactured since 2014. However, the compressors I received from this company were dated 2021, which raises serious concerns about whether they are genuine Copeland products or potentially counterfeit.

When I sent these compressors back for examination, they claimed the issue was a liquid flashback to the compressor. However, I had explained in detail that the compressors didn’t even work for two minutes. Despite this, they sent me pictures of the opened compressors with no real explanation or clarity. It felt as though they were trying to cover up the issue rather than addressing it properly.

I raised these concerns with the company, but they refused to offer any meaningful explanation or assist in resolving the issue. Instead, they completely ignored my attempts to contact them, offering no support or even an apology. The lack of transparency and communication made the entire process even more frustrating.

Despite numerous attempts to get clarification, they refused to respond to any communication. I’ve now had to involve solicitors and will be taking them to court.

I strongly advise against buying from this company unless you’re prepared to waste your time and resources dealing with poor quality products, dishonest practices, and appalling customer service.
