Had a relaxing pregnancy massage at Relax and Recharge—my waters broke a couple of days later! Came back postpartum for reflexology and loved it. Zoe is excellent at what she does and I highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Zoe for reflexology for the last few months after feeling overwhlemed and anxious. Her treatments have been fantastic and helped me relax and recharge. Zoe was fantastic she helped me fully relax and switch off! Which at 40+ weeks pregnant is quite difficult! She creates a really calm and tranquil environment and really takes the time to understand what you’re looking for!

I cannot thank Zoe enough for my treatment yesterday 🥰 I was away from home visiting my daughter and really struggling with back and shoulder pain. And lower back and hip pain! And plantar fasciitis!! A lot going on. Zoe managed to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment and I feel so much better today, already. Zoe gave lots of professional advice too and recommendations. The treatment room was warm, comfortable and relaxing and it was an all round excellent experience. I will definitely book an appointment with Zoe when I visit Fleet again. Thank you Zoe.

Zoe always gives superb massages. She is very responsive to what I am feeling on that day and uses lots of different techniques to relax and recharge me. I first went to her when I was pregnant and I now go back (when I can!) as a busy mum for a bit of "me time". Highly recommended.

I started going to Zoe for regular massages and reflexology during my second pregnancy, which were both wonderfully relaxing and so beneficial having had a lot of issues with my back and pelvis during my first pregnancy. Each session was tailored to fit my stage of pregnancy and any aches and pains being experienced at that time. As well as being a fantastic massage / reflexology therapist, Zoe is so friendly and warm, and puts her clients at ease. Zoe is highly recommended!
