I had no idea what to expect from a Past Life Regression, as I'd never done anything like that before. I did have an issue in this life that I wanted to change and I'd been recommended to try clearing past life 'stuff' that might be the cause. I was surprised how quickly Steve helped me to access a very different state of mind. He was incredibly skillful at guiding me through what was going on - asking me questions to help me find my way through the process. He seemed to know exactly how much to say and when, and I felt totally safe, even when the experience became very intense. I was shocked at one point by the power of the release of energy that Steve facilitated, and felt immediately different. A long-term physical issue cleared away during the process. The session worked at a very deep level, but the whole time I felt held with compassion and care. At the end there was a beautiful healing session that helped to ground the transformation into my awareness, so it's stayed with me. I have felt empowered to make different choices, react in different ways, and see different results in others around me. I am deeply grateful to Steve for this important shift, and would recommend him highly as a practitioner with integrity, wisdom, compassion and a healing presence. H.T.
