Bad back pain for a number of weeks and then I saw Sophie. After a chat and a few expertises she identified the problem being my rhomboid muscle. After 2 visits and lots of different exercises she gave me I’m virtually pain free. Would highly recommend.

Sam Harbottle - Excellent Service!!
Sam is extremely knowledgeable and approachable - would highly recommend.
Having suffered with shoulder / neck issues for a long time, I was genuinely worried I would never get a correct diagnosis for my injury. However, Sam identified my problem in the very first session, and linked it clearly to all of my symptoms. Now, after working with Sam for around 3 months, I can happily say I'm pain free and even back in the gym! I could not recommend his services more highly.

Booked online the day before and Had a sports massage completed by Sophie. She was very friendly and professional. There is free parking over the road and the service was excellent. Will be using again in the future.

After suffering for over a year with rheumatoid arthritis in my knees I was recommended by a friend to make an appointment with Regen Physio. My call with answered promptly and an appointment was made for me to meet Esther in the clinic. Both Esther and Harriett listened to my concerns and where I was experiencing most pain. After the discussion and an examination on the knee they massaged the front thigh muscles for a good 15 minutes. I left the clinic without an ounce of pain anywhere in the joint. It was fantastic. I have now had three treatments of deep muscle massage and can honestly say my knees feel amazing. I cant praise them highly enough for the relief they have given me and the advice on good exercises to undertake at home to aid my knees. Both ladies are so professional and knowledgable

Went to see Esther with neck, shoulder and upper back pain, after several visits and her advice on exercises to do at home, i am now pain free and my neck and shoulders are free again. I wouldnt hesitate in using Regen again if i ever need them. Lovely people and lovely and local to me.

Struggling with knee pain after an old injury. It’s impacting my ability to play golf which is my living.
Just us a great session, a full history given and many tests done before a clear diagnosis, explanation and a plan to combat the issue and get back to full activity. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thanks
