I engaged with Damian from Reframe Therapy when I wanted to give up smoking. I had been a smoker for most of my adult life and have tried and failed over the years to kick the habit.
I underwent one session in May and I have not looked back- one session and that's it- I am now a fully fledged non-smoker and will not be regressing ever again. I cannot thank you enough for giving me back control.
