Highly recommended so much more than just a reflexology appointment. Edafe is such a wonderful warm hearted therapist. The aftercare is like no other, i first came to her full of anxiety and its completely grounded me and my anxiety is minimal now. Im so grateful i found her.

Daffy is amazing. I have fibromyalgia & her treatments really help me to relax & deal with my chronic pain. It also helps with my sleep. Her therapy room is so relaxing with various oils making the whole experience calming & relaxing.

Seeing Edafe is not just good for my sole, it is good for my soul. Having an hour session is a truly blissful experiance. Edafe creates a space where I feel relaxed and welcome, sometimes I almost fall asleep, sometimes we don't stop talking, both of which I love to do. Having reflexology at Reflex Haven is an act of self love that I prioritise for myself.
