I’ve been seeing Toby at Reflex Spinal Health for the past three months following a hip injury, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. I suffer with arthritis in my shoulders and I have a massage once a month with Tonia. Tonia is an amazing massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. After my session with her I am literally walking on air! I would highly recommend anyone to visit Tonia as she is fabulous and a thoroughly lovely lady.

I have been seeing Andy and the Reflex team twice a week since January 16th. I could barely walk, and I could not stand up straight on my first visit. I was in agony, and everything I did was very painful. I had a Microdiscectomy back in 2001. Andy and his team have helped me immensely. I am now moving freely, I am able to stand up straight again, and I am walking pretty well. I can honestly say, they are a wonderful team. Everyone is so kind and friendly, and they really know what they are doing. I haven't finished my treatment yet, but I feel very positive moving forward, that I am in excellent hands. I could not recommend them highly enough. I always walk better each time I leave, and with a big smile on my face.

The Reflex team and Aggie are great, they put together a plan when I first visited to help with the problems with my back, and now I visit once a month to keep on top of anything and prevent further issues. They’re friendly, accommodating and always a pleasure to visit. Would highly recommend!

Andy treated long term pain in my hips and back which compromised walking and movement , I had difficulty sleeping without pain killers. It took a few months of regular treatment but now virtually pain free and my walking , movement and energy levels are best they have been in 20 years. Also months since the last time I took a pain killer.
