I had an amazing facial reflexology with Pam today - my skin is looking fab, I feel so much more relaxed and the congestion I was struggling to shift after a cold has pretty much cleared up! I see Pam for feet reflexology too and really feel my overall health and sense of wellbeing has improved so much since having regular treatments. I have just had a natural facial, this is a new treatment that Pam offers. Besides the wonderful homemade natural products that was used, which felt fantastic on my face, Pam made the whole thing a very special experience. She also includes a little Indian Head Massage and visualization techniques while you are waiting for your face mask to do its magic! and a lot of delicious hot towels too.
It was a truly magical experience with the added bonus of lifting and plumping up your face, felt it made me look younger. Just the thing to have if you are going to that special occasion. I have regular reflexology and Indian Head Massage sessions, and as with all Pam's treatments, each one is a unique and special experience that only this wonderful lady can offer.

I've been having reflexology with Pam for several years my monthly treatment has kept me sane.......I really couldn't cope without it. ,
I've just tried one of Pam's new treatments, a natural facial.
My skin felt fabulous, a combination of the natural ingredients , hot towels and of course the massage made it so relaxing.... absolute heaven.
I have problems with my sinuses, but after the treatment my head felt so clear. My eyes usually feel quite gritty after being stuck in front of a computer all day, I couldn't believe how much better they felt too.
I can wholly recommend this treatment, I will definately be having this again.
