I have had over half a dozen sessions with Ryan recently and it's been well worth it.

Ryan is such a pleasant and professional therapist and has helped me with my unusual aches and pains.

I had episodes of feeling faint like I was going to black out but not quite get to that point. It was a painful feeling in my head for a few hours that was hard to manage. Then, as a secondary trait I sometimes get an anxiety attack with tingling extremities and heavy breathing. I have had numerous visits to my GP and several hospital departments and not one doctor could help.

I didn't know about Bowen therapy until recently and finding ReCooperate has been a life changer. I have shown great benefits from Ryan's work. My body and mind feel re-enforced to manage my condition. I can honestly say I have seen a great reduction in severity and the number of times it now happens. It's almost gone now. Also, Ryan has given me some exercises and mindfulness activities which has improved my confidence in terms of understanding and handling these episodes.

Ryan came to do a talk at our local therapist group and it felt like the timing was perfect. I had been suffering with a lot of injuries from trauning at the gym and it felt like nothing was working to stop them.

I had bad back issue from an injury last year whereby I couldn't even sit for 5 minutes. I attended 12 physio appointments with no difference.. 3 sessions from Ryan and back issues... gone!! I now continue regular sessions just to relax the body and mind. Ryan is very thorough in his explanations as well as giving in between exercises to do to compliment the treatment.
