Sophie had been my yoga teacher go sometime and I throughly enjoy her classes! One morning I woke to find something was trapped in my upper back. It was really painful. I contacted Sophie and luckily she had space to fit me in at short notice.
She gave me a mixture of treatments ( a combination of hot stone massage, reiki and reflexology and more). What ever sophie did it worked. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The whole treatment wad very relaxing and I left feeling like a new woman! Thank you very much

I have not done any yoga for five months due to an aching shoulder. Physio did not help; Sophie carried out a mix of treatment: reflexology, reiki and massage. After that, I had the best nights' sleep after a long time and I can feel it benefited my shoulder too; I highly recommend Sophie. I am so glad to have found you Sophie! Thank you very much
