I was struggling with anxiety and went to Rebecca for help. As a man I found it hard to talk about my mental health but she was so easy to talk to and helped me through a tough spot in my life. After a couple of bad experiences at "therapy" between the ages of 14 and 18, counselling became a trigger and red flag for me. After eventually coming round to the idea of needing help and needing to deal with my problems I found Rebecca's page and decided to give her a try. This was one of the best things I've ever done, in such a short space of time she helped me learn so much about me and what I've gone through and given me the tools to work on myself. I highly recommend her as she has a warm, comfortable environment making her easy to talk to 🙂

Rebecca made my experience in opening up so much easier! For a long time i had a hard time opening up about my struggles and kept my mental health to myself but Rebecca made it so much easier to open up. She brings a really comforting and judge free atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve known her a lifetime! I noticed a huge change in myself and my behaviours due to the sessions i’ve had!

Opening up to anyone even those close to you can be a tough experience. I found Rebecca easy to talk to, a great listener, helpful and supportive. The sessions I have had helped me get through issues I found difficult to deal with. Would definitely recommend anyone struggling to get in touch.
