Jo is so warm and friendly, you feel immediately at ease - she takes time to get to know you prior to treatment and explains how the session will work so that you know what to expect. I left feeling positive, refreshed & rebalanced. I also had the best nights sleep I’d had in a really long time! I could not recommend Jo more, not only does she have the gift of healing hands, she takes the time to fully understand what you would like out of the experience. It is very apparent that Jo is a natural, who not only puts you at complete ease, but lifts you with her fabulous bubbly nature. She has created a lovely treatment room, that makes you feel super relaxed and cosy - a lovely little safe space. After Jo's treatments I am always left feeling rebalanced and lifted and going back for more !

I’ve had a few distance reiki sessions with Jo and honestly they have been worth every penny! Jo made me feel completely at ease during our session, we had a detailed consultation prior the session and afterwards. It’s hard to explain fully in words but the experience is truly unique and I recommend to anyone it made me so incredibly light and refreshed after months of feeling so down.

Jo is a wonderful caring sunshiney person. She makes you feel comfortable and really has a gift. I’ve had 5 reiki sessions and have seen such a change in the way I feel and look at life. It feels different for everyone but I wake up the next morning feeling refreshed and lighter and like my brain is clear, it’s a great feeling. Well worth the money to have a great reiki session and a lovely chat.
