To say this woman turned my life around is a vast understatement. Denise helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life, adapting her approach, depending on what I brought to each session and giving helpful suggestions on activities to do or things to read outside of the session to help me. Denise is an intuitively excellent counsellor and I cannot recommend her enough. I sought out help from Denise as, at the time, I felt I needed it to survive. I came out the other end of it feeling that I am now thriving.

I found Denise when I was going through some really tough times... then came the pandemic. Both in person before COVID and virtually all through lockdown, Denise helped guide me to a much more positive place in various aspects of my life. She’s extremely supportive, firm and honest and helps you ask yourself the difficult questions but gives you the tools to help cope with what comes. I’ve had some counselling previous to this but have to say this was the best experience yet. She’s absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend her more! Thank you again, Denise!

Denise will change the way you see yourself. I've experienced therapy before but they don't compare to the time I spent with Denise. We got to the heart of the issue and she was patient with me when I couldn't see the way. The facilities are comfortable and she is flexible which aren't essentials but they make a difference when getting started so that's why I've mentioned.
