Tuesday's are 'drop in' for Citizens Advice better to ring Gainsborough and get an actual booked appointment (The Hub can provide the direct number) as even if you get there for opening time there is usually a queue! That said, the CAB gentleman I saw was very helpful. The Hub staff I found were agreeable but didnot seem very inclined to provide any more help than they absolutely had to.

Rang to ask if they did laminating, said that they did but we're closed to do some refurbishing. BUT said if I could get there that morning they would oblige. I don't live too far away so got round there sharpish. Very polite and very helpful, nothing but big praise.
