I would definitely recommend Jo rapid results therapy, she has made a massive difference to my 13-year-old granddaughter. She seems to have gained new confidence and her anxiety has decreased. She is the more happy and smiley the little girl we once knew , after every session,she came out with a massive smile on her face, brave and bold wanted to take on the world, she’s looking to the future, and taking an interest in her life pursuits, she feels strong enough now to take on the bullies at school and the people who tell her negative things. She has learned coping strategies and how to manage her feelings and a new way of looking at herself . I’m very optimistic for her future studies and being able to handle herself in the world. Thank you Jo. she is a more positive, happy and an outgoing girl .

Jo you truly are amazing! I don’t think that the words I will write in my review will be good enough in describing how fabulous you really are! I can not express how truly grateful I am for you and the work you have done with me. I have transformed from this low self esteem, over thinking, struggling as a passenger in a car and having overwhelming crippling anxiety person to this now confident, calm, speaking out and standing up for myself woman! And the bonus from all this is I can now calmly sit as a passenger in a car and each time I travel it gets easier. My experience has been eye opening, exciting and the best self care gift I could ever treat myself to and I am thankful to the universe for bringing me to you! I highly recommend you to family and friends.

Everyone needs to see Joanne. I met Joanne at a networking event and liked her straight away, so when I was at rock bottom and knew I needed help I tracked her down. I had anxiety and was having panic attacks. I have had 3 sessions over a 8 week period and I can genuinely say I feel normal again. I actually for the first time feel happy and back in control of things. My life incidentally is also on the way back up and it excites me to think of what the future holds! When I first contacted her I didn't think I was going to every feel this optimistic again. I always knew I had toxic behaviour but I couldn't see what it was or why I did it, but now I know why and I can see it playing out before it happens, which allows me to choose my path. It's a revolutionary process and I have learnt so much about myself. Even if your not at rock bottom but you want to better yourself I would recommend seeing Joanne! We invest in clothes and material things to be the best version of ourselves but genuinely does all that stuff matter unless we know we have invested in what truly matters? I had 4 sessions with Jo and quite honestly I didn't think anyone could "cure" me by talk. I was so wrong, it doesn't involve just talking but hypnotherapy took me back through some childhood experiences which had shaped me into adult life.
