Having never worked with a life coach I didn't really know what to expect, Rand has truly opened my mind/life up to a new world of possibilities and way of thinking. I've worked with him now for close to a year and he has helped me progress and grow both personally and professionally. I've always struggled with anxiety and self confidence Rand has really helped me shift my mindset away from external factors out of my control and I now simply focus on myself and my own mindset. Personally and professionally I'm now going from strength to strength seeing a recent promotion and a much happier home life.
