I’ve received many different types of therapies from Rachel, drumming being the most mind blowing and spiritual.

Having hypnotherapy with Rachel has been life-changing. I’ve tried different types of talking therapy since I was a teenager, but I’ve never felt as safe or supported as I do with her. Rachel creates a space where I genuinely feel allowed to feel, process, and begin to heal from past traumas.

She’s incredibly intuitive, but in a way that feels grounded and natural—not overwhelming or “out there.” She seems to just get what you need, often before you even say it.

As someone who struggles to express themselves, I’ve never found the sessions awkward or uncomfortable. In fact, they’ve felt like a relief. I’d highly recommend her to anyone—especially those who are neurodivergent and may not have felt fully understood in other therapeutic settings.
