In the dark days after the break up of my marriage, Rachael was able to listen quietly with empathy and compassion as I sorted through my thoughts and feelings, gently asking poignant questions at just the right moment.

Rachael is an exceptional counsellor, she is empathetic, understanding and non judgemental. She is gentle in her approach and does not make you feel pressured. She made me feel comfortable from my first appointment which enabled me to open up to her easily.
Rachael listens carefully to whatever you would like to talk about and offers advice and guidance should you want it along the way.
Rachael has given me some really useful skills to help manage grief and to use in my marriage. She also helps me to see things from a different perspective which isn’t always easy.
I can’t recommend her enough, she really is such a friendly caring counsellor who has helped me a lot.

Highly recommend Rachael for counselling and support.
She has been so knowledgeable and helpful over the last 18months.
I have benefited from both individual and couples sessions.
She is calm, professional and very approachable, always finding solutions and also other ways of approaching issues.
