Ian was absolutely fantastic. I’ve been struggling with my particular issue for a while and I felt instantly lighter leaving my hypnotherapy session. Ian is firstly a wonderful warm and friendly person who makes you feel very welcome and at ease throughout your appointment. He is a very skilled Hypnotherapist who listens to your needs and really tailor’s your session around techniques which will help and assist your issues.

The appointment with Ian is completely not rushed and he offers as much time as you need to feel completely supported throughout.

My first ever hypnotherapy session and I was so pleased I decided to give it a go. I suffer from White coat syndrome and with impending surgery I was suffering with a huge amount of anxiety. I found Ian to be extremely personable he explained everything and the self hypnosis techniques he has taught me were very easy to follow. He has also emailed me full instructions and recommendations to help me practice before my surgery as well as further support if I need it.
I now feel I can concentrate on the positive impact to my life after the surgery which I know will be huge as well as now having the tools to use for any future stressful situations I may find myself in. I highly recommend Ian if you’re thinking about this therapy.

Hi I spoke to Ian today about getting hypnotherapy for overthinking.
I ended up not getting hypnotherapy but he spoke to me at length and suggested other help I could get for my personal issues I was dealing with (eg husbands stroke).
He gave me great advice over the phone.
