Rhys combines the expertise of a physiotherapist, the devotion of a Qigong practitioner, and the mentality of a good instructor. He demonstrates in detail, he encourages, he introduces variety, he listens, he checks. He acknowledges limitations due to age and injuries and makes the class accessible to all ages and manageable. I started the Qigong class in July 2023 and every week I look forward to it and feel elated afterwards. It's a great group class. Friendly people, good chats!

I had a magnificent full body Malaysian massage @QiPhysio.
It wasn’t just a massage it was great body and mind experience.
The space was held beautifully, everything was very professional with great attention to detail and kindness, allowing me to feel at ease and relaxed before the massage started. As well as helping me reconnect with parts of my body that have been feeling very tense and stiff for a long time I was able to regain better mobility and flexibility. My body and mind definitely felt great benefits. I highly recommend a massage @QiPhysio.

I had an amazing massage at QiPhysio, the lady that massaged me was very talented & strong. I have had Thai massages before but nothing as good as this It was really worth much more than was charged in my experiences & opinion so I was very happy.
