I had my appointments with Josh Pearce who was amazing. He had a really nice manner and made me feel at ease. Had my first consultation with Josh today for an ongoing shoulder injury and found Josh really helpful. He took time to listen carefully and asked a lot of questions to get to the bottom of the issue. He had a really good approach and understood exactly what I wanted, to keep exercising whilst managing an injury and gave good advice to moderate my activities, rather than rest.
