We had a 1:1 hypnobirthing course this weekend. Ella managed to ease my husband anxiety around the birth and his fears. She helped us understand what our options are and that we have a choice about our options and places of birth. She was very informative and answered all our questions. We are much more relaxed about our up and coming birth. She also provided us with a goody bag full of resources and items to help us achieve our ideal birth environment. This was a lovely touch. we would highly recommend Ella and her hypnobirthing courses.

We completed a 1:1 hypnobirthing course in the comfort of our own home and would highly recommend Project You to other expectant couples. Ella was highly accommodating to our needs when booking the course, her delivery was relaxed yet really informative, and she has provided us with so much ongoing support too. After completing the course, my husband feels so much more confident in supporting me through birth (he was also the first to fall asleep during every relaxation session!) and I myself feel so much better prepared and informed for a more positive and relaxed birth the second time around. Wow, what a great experience with Ella! We had 1:1 sessions with Ella and she made us feel so relaxed. We were curious about hypnobirthing and open to any experience that might help us through birth and Ella provided us with all the information we needed. We learned so much from her in such a small amount of time and yet still came away from the session feeling relaxed and calm. The whole experience made us feel so much more confident about becoming a parent.
