We were so lucky to have the Procare team take care of our dad last year. We always found the carers to be polite, courteous and reliable. Dad had his favourites, in particular H & L, he looked forward to chatting with them every day. He really appreciated how they they helped and supported him with his daily needs. We had a very positive experience with Procare when my mum was receiving Palliative care. Procare were very reponsive, reliable and very caring. The manager Steven was great at communicating with us and took time to check how family were coping. We had really consistent considerate care workers who were very respectful of my mum and her home. We are thankful for their professionalism

My first time with a Care Company. My mother was an end of life Dementia Patient. I feel my Mother was truly blessed to have the Pro Care team look after her. The 2 carers were amazing young ladies who looked after Mum as well as myself. No day was the same with Mum, but the girls were always smiling & cheerful trying to uplift her mood alongside of caring for all her needs professionally. I never expected them to be that efficient. As for the Manager, he too was a blessing & always ready to give extra support for Mum. I highly recommend this Company. They Truly Deserve 10+ Stars.

My carer that is assigned to me is very nice and agrees to whatever I say or do which is great. He also looks after me very well and we have a good relationship just within the first week. The services they provide are great and they do a great job. So I give five stars for this company and hope it will stay this way for the foreseeable future.
