I would recommend Proactive for anyone seeking professional advice on sports injuries.
It is a half an hour consultation which includes assessment and treatment.
Nigel was both friendly and informative. He did an absolutely fantastic job of answering questions I had and explaining sprained ligaments.
I was provided with 6 physio exercises to strengthen my ankle and given two resistance bands. After being told I should see improvement in 4 weeks was pleasantly surprised to feel the difference within 7 days!
I cannot thank Nigel and Proactive staff enough for their assistance.
