I have been seeing both Guy and Lauren for a knee injury which was promptly identified by Guy.

Both Guy and Lauren have used their experience and knowledge to adapt my exercise programs to get the most improvement out of my knee despite sometimes lacking in confidence in what it could handle. They have been both encouraging and reassuring when needed. They always explain how to perform the exercises in my program properly and make sure that I understand what muscles we’re aiming to strengthen.
The rehabilitation programs that they have given me have helped improve my knee injury no end. I would highly recommend the team at Prime Performance.

I would highly recommend Guy at Prime Performance. I came to him with a complex knee problem and through a detailed strength and conditioning programme over a number weeks and months, he helped stabilise the issues with my knee. Guy continually adapted the programme depending on how my knee was reacting to the exercises prescribed and he also told me when I was doing too much and putting the hard work we were doing at risk!

My goal was to run the Robin Hood Half Marathon. With Guy’s guidance and advice on my training plan, I was able to complete this and my knee felt good throughout and after the race!

Booked in for a course of physio with Guy & Ed following years of issues with my shoulder & a recently torn rotator cuff following an accident. After a couple of sessions & following the treatment plan at home I could feel my should repairing, pain subsiding & my range of motion improving. We took our son to Prime Physio after being let down by the NHS who were supposed to provide physio for his rare degenerative disease. Even though Prime had no direct experience with the condition they had heard of it and soon put together some research and exercises for our son, which is ongoing. Lauren was very easy going and my son responded to her care and instructions. I found her advice on how to perform the exercises correctly very helpful, which I previously had not received, so I was able to help my son. Would highly recommend.

Excellent physio facility. Professional, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Fixed my shoulder after suffering from an old injury and got me exercising again. I’ve seen a big improvement in my posture and mobility. Also highly recommend the small group pilates, a lovely relaxed atmosphere with a big focus on getting the correct muscles engaged from a very attentive instructor. I have had a long term problem with my shoulder and haven't really done any exercise for several years. I have found the knowledge and support from both Guy and Lauren to be excellent, particularly as I have issues with hypermobility and have struggled with physio in the past. Im not halfway through my treatment programme and can really feel benefit. I highly recommend this team .
