I have been attending Posture and Wellness for about 7 weeks and have already noticed a huge difference. I came here looking to fix my knees, I haven’t been able to run (or even go on a long walk/hike) without them hurting me.
But the immediate difference I’ve felt is my breathing is better, I’m standing taller, my shoulders are back, I’m sleeping through the night, my back isn’t as sore, my neck pain is so much better and my balance had improved.
My knees need a little longer to improve more but day to day they don’t hurt like they did. I’m excited to see further improvements as my program continues. I’ll definitely update when I’m further down the journey.

Also… Bianca and Antea are so welcoming and so professional. I can’t recommend them enough!
