Hayley is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable - I’d recommend her to anyone looking to recover from injury. My session was only meant to be 45 minutes but she gave me an hour of her time with no extra charge and it felt like she really wanted to help me, and not all about just getting the money for the time. Hayley is amazing - really lovely manner and extremely easy to speak to; I injured my neck quite severely almost a year ago and finally booked in to see her.

She talked me through the issue and recommended various exercises and stretches. Within a week my neck feels so much better and range of motion is probably about 80% and still getting better.

I was in constant pain and discomfort, but am happy to say, that is a thing of the past.

I’ve seen H multiple times now; and every time she’s been absolutely awesome. The aftercare is great, the isolating and identifying the problem has always been spot on! Obviously I don’t want another injury, but when I do, I know who I’m emailing first!
