Andy really helped me to identify and address some problems in my life. He was very approachable and I felt very comfortable talking to him. I was a bit unsure when first contacting him if it would be right for me, but he telephoned me to talk me through the process and gave me the time to think about it and said to contact him if it was something I would like to go ahead with, so there was no pressure. I contacted Andy for a connection call as I was feeling there was something stuck in my subconscious that I couldn't access. I also felt I would like more balance in my life.

Andy discussed with me how we would proceed and created a meditation to prepare me for our hypnotherapy sessions.

I found Andy to be extremely professional, understanding and empathetic. Throughout the sessions he explained clearly what we would be doing and the process.

Since receiving hypnotherapy I am experiencing more balance in my life and I am choosing the things I would love for myself rather than putting other people's needs and choices before my own.

Thank you Andy for helping me to find my own answers and to unlock subconscious beliefs and memories that had been holding me back. I am now seeing more opportunities available to me.

I went to Andrew for a mix of hypnotherapy and talking therapy and can’t rate him highly enough. Extremely professional while also creating a very comfortable and safe space. I’ve tried several NHS therapy/counselling services and never really felt any results, but have found Andrew’s sessions to be really effective. I would urge everyone to give it a go!

I first saw Andy n 2016
I was looking to lose weight and also some problems that had happened in the past
Andy made me feel very safe and was compassionate he fully explained what his plan was to help me
He did some hypnosis and recorded this so I could use it at home
He also went and talked to my subconscious to see if my problems were deeper none o of this was frightening and even though deeply relaxed i was aware
This did work and I lost weight and because of all the work Andy did I was a happier and more confident person.

I have since had a very bad time which brought on stress anxiety and IBS
So again I reached out to Andy and again he was kind and understanding starting with talking therapy and later hypnosis to help me relax from my anxiety and worked through the hypnosis on my IBS
He also again talked to my subconscious which he found a earlier deeper problem that with my present situation had triggered the stress and anxiety I was feeling
I am now IBS free and more relaxed and am able to cope with things that are going on around me.
