I attended Paul’s 6 week online spiritual development course last year and absolutely loved it. Paul has such a lovely way of explaining things, which was important as I was an absolute beginner. Quite often we would have group meditations and there were always course handouts so we could continue our learnings in our own time.

Very interesting course. Enthralled for the full six weeks, never boring. My favourite part was the Seven Sacred Flames, week three, I think. Paul's soothing voice is so relaxing during the meditations.
Well worth doing for enlightenment and spirituality.
