It feels so good to be heard and understood, nurtured and treated with kindness and respect. Alison is so attentive to what I say, so able to help me understand how I came to this point. Her input and support are invaluable as I step forward in new ways, with real self-care and boundaries in place. A very able communicator as well as listener, she never tries to move ahead until I really understand what is needed for me to make progress. Finally learning to be magnificent me, and that feels amazing. Easy to recommend her services in any area of counselling needs, as she's so approachable. So thankful I found her.
