I first started going to the Physiotherapy Room in 2021 due to osteoarthritis in my hip. Mike was amazing and worked wonders that allowed me to continue to walk our lovely dog and have some semblance of a “normal life”. Unfortunately my hip got worse and earlier this year I had to have a hip replacement, which has given me another lease of life. Without Mike, the exercises he suggested and other ministrations that he advised me to have, I would have been much worse off before my surgery. I recommend the practice to anyone with any MSK condition and would also return myself if I develop osteoarthritis or need physio advice in the future.

I had already been to 2 different physiotherapy places through my solicitor after a minor car accident and then they referred me here. In all honesty, I wished they'd have sent me here from the start as the first two places didn't do anything other than talk. Mike helped relieve pain using different techniques and showed me exercises to do at home. He made me feel at ease and I would definitely recommend 1000%. He was very understanding with my already underlying conditions like fybromyalgia and hypermobility syndrome and took my conditions into consideration when providing treatment 🙂

Came here when help from a professional football club wasn’t working for my rehabilitation, so came to Mike who had me back to full strength and back playing full time after a knee injury that saw me out for 5 months. I would 100% recommend, really friendly guy as-well as a top class physio

I had a positive experience here today with Chris. I had my first assessment with hands on treatment including acupuncture and an explanation of pain theory which made a lot of sense. I've had past treatments elsewhere which were nowhere near as good at this. Nice place, clean and accessible. Looking forward to my next appointment.

My son went for treatment with Kris following a back injury. Kris was always professional, friendly and made my son feel at ease. Kris listened to my son and the exercises he provided worked. My son particularly liked the cupping therapy and felt instant relief following the first treatment. Would definitely recommend The Physiotherapy Room! (I had treatment with Kris a few years prior and would highly recommend).
