Very impressed with Gill ! We have used Gill for my neighbour and I was amazed how it’s not just getting someone to move, Gill had so much specialist equipment too and so much in depth knowledge to help find the direct cause of the issue ! Very inspiring ! Well worth the money. Private physio is very very different to hospital physio from my experience.

I had problems with my shoulder at the beginning of the year and went to PhysioCare for some help. I saw Shincy George on my first visit, who told me that I had a frozen shoulder. I have been seeing her every 2-3 weeks since that initial visit, and today, I have been signed off with 100% movement restored! I have followed Shincy's instructions and worked hard on the exercises that I have been given, but the end result is amazing! I can't thank her enough! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.

The treatment I received at Ryde physiotherapy was a ground breaking new shockwave treatment that has really helped cure my achielies tendonitis after six or seven sessions. Sam did an excellent job of desensitising the area around my heel by massaging first. Great job thoroughly recommend Ryde Physio to anyone with a similar problem even if it is chronic.
