Bethan is an exceptional PT. Not only is she knowledgable but she is also very kind and patient. She really takes the time to break down techniques and make lifts for accessible.

I have enjoyed the gym for years but never felt confident with weights. I also injured my knee skiing around 18-months ago so I was conscious to choose a trainer with experience and knowledge. I wanted to improve my fitness and physique before my wedding and I’ve honestly never felt better. Not only do I feel great in my own skin but I also feel a lot stronger and more balanced. When I attend the fitness classes which I used to go to before Bethan I am so much more capable and I’ve noticed a massive improvement in my form.

I can’t thank Bethan enough, I’ve learnt so much and I feel great!

Last year I started training with Bethan due to some mobility issues I had after some time of lifting weights. The experience was incredible, she has a positive and encouraging approach and came up with a personalized training plan after a thorough assessment. I could contact her any time, communication was great and I noticed a massive improvement in my mobility and pain levels. 10/10 would recommend to everyone 🙂

I came to Bethan wanting to do some strength training alongside the cardio work I was already doing. Far beyond lifting weights, I've gained a much better understanding of how important mobility is, and how getting that right makes the exercises so much more effective. If something isn't hitting the right muscle, it's back to the stretches to make sure it does. I love how Bethan checks and puzzles out each move to make sure nothing is holding you back.

Bethan is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand way. I am 59 and my sister 58, we have been given great advice and support in reaching our goals of attaining a greater level of fitness and a wider range of weight training and muscle toning. Bethan is very conscientious and patient. She is a joy to train with, always available to help with any questions. Bethan also puts an individual food plan tailored for you which you can keep up with on her app in order to monitor you macros as well as an exercise regime which includes instructional videos. There is ample free parking at the gym too.

I've been with Bethan for a year now, and a lot has happened! Initially, I was looking for a PT who could help me achieve my fitness goals despite a recent diagnosis of Crohn's disease, as well as chronic lower back pain. After our first session I knew I was on to a winner - Bethan listened to my concerns regarding managing a chronic condition, and assessed the impact my lower back pain was having on my posture, balance, etc. and I felt really supported.
We worked towards my wedding in July, and I felt really confident on the day! Unfortunately I was admitted to hospital with a flare soon after, and when I returned to Bethan after months of hospital and recuperating at home our new goal was getting me back to a base level of fitness (I couldn't walk up the stairs when I was discharged from hospital, never mind deadlift!).
Since then, I've made so much progress that just wouldn't have been possible without Bethan. I have gained so much confidence, I've noticed my aerobic fitness has improved so much, I'm lifting heavier (and with good form!) and I'm more motivated than ever.
Bethan is such an amazing person, that just so happens to also be a skilled and knowledgeable PT. You can ask her anything, she has excellent analogies for achieving good form, and hilarious stories to distract you when you're in a plank position trying not to count the seconds! I've now joined a gym as I feel confident enough to do extra sessions independently, and I know Bethan will support me from afar too.
If you're looking for a PT I can't recommend Bethan enough, I've had PTs in the past (and NHS Physiotherapy!) and none of them come close!
