Phoebe es una terapeuta encantadora, que escuchó y entendió mis síntomas. Le proporcionó información para leer y formas de manejarlo. El dolor crónico ha disminuido y entiendo más sobre cómo funciona mi cerebro. Ahora tengo una rutina con meditación y tapping que me da una vida mejor. Estoy tomando menos analgésicos y moviéndome más, también tengo una actitud más positiva en la vida y cómo mantenerla. Le recomiendo la terapia de Bowen a cualquier persona, no puede hacerle daño, solo bueno.

Phoebe is a lovely therapist,she listened and understood my symptoms. She gave me information to read and ways to deal with it. The chronic pain has lessoned and I understand more about how my brain works. I now have a routine with meditation and tapping that gives me a better quality of life. I am taking less painkillers and moving more, I also have a more positive outlook on life and how to maintain it. I would recommend Bowen Therapy to anyone, it cannot do any harm only good.

I have just completed three sessions of Bowen Therapy . I went because of a shoulder problem. Phoebe made me realise that I need to consider how my whole body works, not just my shoulder. The exercises she gave me after the therapy sessions have become part of my daily routine and the movement in my shoulder is improving all the time. I can't recommend Phoebe enough.

I was given the details for this service and duly contacted Phoebe to book in from recommendation. I was given an appointment and attended with a very open mind and attitude. I have to say I was not disappointed. I had 3 sessions and the first one left me feeling as though I had been through the mill. I told myself I had to feel worse before I got better and I was right. I did the exercises recommended after the first treatment and my lower back pain immediately started to get better. By the time I went for my second treatment I could barely feel the pain anymore. I have just had my third treatment and I feel great. Phoebe explains how the treatment works and what she is going to do. It is well worth the cost and effort to make an appointment. I can’t stress enough how positive and powerful this treatment has been for me. Totally recommended.

A true life changing experience!
For a year I had been struggling with horrendous back pain, at times in agony. I had been to see so many people, and there was no improvement. I had almost lost hope when Phoebe was recommended to me by a friend. I had never heard of Bowen Therapy and I didn’t quite understand it, but Phoebe made it very easy for me to understand.
I straight away felt comfortable and a real sense of care and compassion from Phoebe, she was extremely professional.
The treatment was painless and actually quite relaxing, but the real result of her treatment was empowering me with knowledge and understanding of the source of the pain, learning about the sympathetic nervous system and any triggers that may have negative effects.
This has completely changed my outlook and attitude towards any challenges and obstacles in my life.

Have got to say phoebe was brilliant! I was quite sceptical but I've been blown away by how good bowen therapy is! My dad had it done (he had severe carpal tunnel) only seen phoebe twice and doesn't need an operation now!! The drs were baffled. My dad is a double amputee so to have an operation would have been very difficult for him.
I've also had it done but I have multiple things wrong with me, but my back and knee were the worst and they just about sorted. I can't recommend Phoebe at Peninsular Bowen Therapy enough she is a miracle worker. Thankyou Phoebe xx

Penisular Bowen therapy is amazing. Phobe explains in detail how it works and the procedure I was to expect.
I have had a number of medical issues, creating continual pain/discomfort, also affecting my posture and core.
By realigning my understanding how the mind and body works together along with PHOBE’S physical interventions has transformed and speeded my recovery.
It’s relaxing and you feel very little,. Minimal excerise’ between sessions helps the process. I’ve had 4 sessions over 2 months and feel amazing.
In real terms I haven’t been able to do any walking or gardening for 12/18 mths both are now back into my daily activities.

What a woman Phoebe is !!!
After hobbling and limping for what seems like forever ( at least a year ) and being told I needed a new hip, Phoebe managed to unlock, unblock, and free it all. Phoebe also managed to identify my pelvis was tilted, my shoulder was stiff, and there was a problem with my neck as I couldn't turn my head as far as I should have been able to. 3 visits later, everything is level, mobile, and pain free all through extremely gentle, relaxing touches in the right place. I feel great and flexible again .
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bowen treatment with Phoebe to anyone of any age. Phoebe came highly recommended to me by a neighbour who is at least 25 years younger than me ! Phoebe is so approachable , explains everything, and everything makes so much sense when explained. Thankyou Phoebe xx

Wow where do I start! I had coccyx problems for 20 years. I had 3 sessions with Phoebe and have been pain free ever since! Not only did Bowen help physically, some emotional baggage I'd forgotten about resurfaced and cleared as well, so that was an unexpected bonus!! Phoebe is so in tune, and so calm and lovely. What a wonderful experience! Check in with Phoebe, she's absolutely brilliant!! 10 out of 10!!
