I recently broke some bones in my foot and had been suffering with pain and inflammation. I received focused treatments on my foot as well as full body sessions, all pleasant and relaxing experiences. Even after the first PEMFiT session I noticed massively reduced pain and no swelling through the evening and in to the next day. I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with recent injuries. My son was born in 2009 and I've been suffering with chronic pain (palindromic rheumatism) since he was 5 months old. I turn 50 at the end of this year, and am determined to reclaim my health. My rheumatism settled in both wrists December 2021, (as well as continuing its raging journey through my system) and I've lived unable to do basic tasks such as hold a pen correctly, squeeze a toothpaste tube, ever since. Daily, I was exceeding the number of painkillers (ibuprofen, paracetamol, sometimes codeine or naproxen when I had bad flare-ups) you're supposed to have, just to be able to brush my hair, chop vegetables etc. Since starting my wellness journey with PEMFiT in September, I've been able to cut my painkiller intake to an average of 2 paracetamol per day and think nothing of doing the above daily tasks.

I've also been awake an average 9 out of 10 nights, since 2009, roughly from 2am - 5am, desperately tired. After my first session at PEMFiT Ltd I slept without waking! I now sleep without waking, an average of 9 out of 10 nights, and when I do wake, it's rarely for more than an hour.

My activity level, as you can imagine, is quite low, but I do have dogs so I am out with them daily... My calories burned on these walks has increased by over 20% since September - which I find incredible. I don't necessarily walk further, but I definitely play with the dogs more, and we're out for longer. I remember actually crying the day before my first session at PEMFiT about how far away the first bench was on a walk (it was no more than 50 yards from the car), that my legs were so heavy and I just wanted to sit down, but now I don't use any of the benches on any of our walks together... We keep going!

What makes a trip to PEMFiT Lancaster so special is that you truly feel that you are being cared for. Pete and Dawn really listen, take it in, and look at you as a whole and care. I first went to PEMFiT because of my rheumatism, but my whole being is calmer, less anxious, less tired, less susceptible to stress. And as I'm a mum, that means our whole household feels the same - 'when mum's happy...' and all that!

Where do I start...The whole team and set-up at Pemfit Lancaster has had such a positive impact on my life! I've been dealing with chronic pain and auto-immune issues for years (age 17 to 27). I've tried everything with the NHS, including surgeries and all the drugs/chemicals that they assume work for everyone... as well as every other alternative solution.

My pemfit sessions are the only thing that have finally given me relief. They’ve also had great short and long terms impacts on my mental health which was unexpected.

Pete, Dawn and the team have such a wealth of knowledge and a genuine desire to help people heal. When this is combined with their best in class PEMF machines, the results are fantastic! I know quite a few different people who’ve been dealing with all sorts of different pains/illnesses and they have all had very positive experiences as well. Worth every penny!

I have been aware of Pemfit for 2 or 3 years now. I suffered a lower back injury at work and after consulting Dawn I decided to undergo a course of treatment at Pemfit. After barely being able to walk at times and having to take powerful pain killers, I found great pain relief after each session. I think the pulse therapy rapidly aided my recovery and I am not on any pain killers now. I was able to return to work after 4 weeks and did a 5 mile walk soon after the treatment finished. Dawn's knowledge, experience and care was invaluable. I would highly recommend Pemfit!

After over a year of regular treatments with Pete and Dawn which have helped to speed up recovery from both physical and mental difficulties, I am prompted to write a review now after what I can only describe as miraculous effects of PEMF on a specific shoulder injury that I've been battling with for ages. I love to swim, and dancing argentine tango is my passion, and the pain has been interfering with my ability to do both. But now, after only 4 targeted sessions with Dawn, the pain has gone!! PEMFiT has been a godsend to me. Decades of debilitating pain, fatigue and autoimmune issues that no doctor was ever able to help me with had left me exhausted and just about at my wits' end. Talking to Pete and Dawn at the Lancaster studio was a relief because they had both been in similar situations with their own health and understood how frustrated and worn down I felt. I found my first two pulsing sessions incredibly relaxing (and energising at the same time) and I noticed a remarkable improvement in all my symptoms almost immediately. I was also able to sleep peacefully at night, which had become a real problem for me until then. And by the time I had completed another ten sessions I felt better than I had in 30 years or more. I think my long-suffering husband summed up the change in me when he told me it felt like he had finally got his wife back again.
