Patrick is amazing at what he does. Sometimes, I can't see the wood for the trees and no matter how 'together' I think I have things Patrick is able to help me find clarity and guide me to take the next steps. It's been amazing being Coached by Patrick. From the get go there is a warmth and authenticity and clearly Patrick has been to the (low) places I and many others have been. Patrick provides a safe space and space communication wise also without any pressure or judgement - this has allowed me to offload quite deep issues and challenges with someone I immediately trust. I came across Patrick Fox at a time where I was incredibly unhappy with my relationship with alcohol. Although I only drank at the weekends the impact it was having on my life, socially and professionally was severe. Making mistakes and feeling awful all week, in which I was incredibly unproductive and slipping behind on my responsibilities.

With Patricks guidance and empathy we addressed my problem and gave me incredible support with how I could be better without alcohol in my life. Given that everyone else in my life drinks, I thought this change couldn't be done, but he showed me a way in which I could live amongst it yet be true to myself and enjoy sobriety.

It genuinely changed my life and perspective and I could not have done it without him.
