I have visited this centre a few times, the team is lovely and the service is quick and easy. Sadly last time I used this service was for a knee injury through an NHS referral, I insisted several times to the physio that I wanted to be referred for an MRI scan because my knee didn't feel stable and the strengthening exercises were not helping and was dismissed by the physio. I have had a private scan to find I have completely torn my ACL and have multiple other tears and sprains, I have no idea how much of it has been made worse since the injury because I was not believed. I will now need surgery which should have been done last year if my concerns had been listened to when I raised them.

After a serious horse riding injury involving my hip and back, I spent nearly a year being passed around with telephone consultations. I finally spoke to my GP by phone and asked for a referral to Parks. At last I managed a face to face appointment, after about 9 months post injury. My Physiotherapist was Ashley, who is an absolute delight, warm, friendly and very thorough.. Really listened to what I was telling him. After following his exercise plan, within 2 to 3 months I'm almost 100% again.
Thank you so much Parks Therapy Centre and Ash in particular, for a great and successful treatment plan. Great service!

I was referred to Parks Therapy Centre by my GP, I had a trapped sciatic nerve and it was causing me considerable pain. After a consultation I was given four exercises to do, I was shown how to do them at my consultation and also was able to access an app which had my recovery plan and exercises which I needed to do. After six weeks of doing the exercises and being able to move around more my symptoms had greatly reduced. I went for my second appointment and my consultant was happy with my progress and asked me to continue to do the exercises and if at any point I needed to go back for any more treatment then I could. Very happy with the way I have been dealt with and the results.

I highly recommend Parks Therapy Centre, Biggleswade. I received excellent physiotherapy treatment for back pain, which included a thorough assessment, comprehensive advice and clear instructions on exercises that would lead to recovery. I am now equipped with the awareness and knowledge of how to identify and ease any pain that I occasionally experience. Such a friendly and professional clinic - thank you!

I’ve been referred by my GP, they assessed me and gave me some exercises to do at home. Unfortunately they didn’t work so they gave me different exercises over the phone. Again no improvement so they just told me they can’ t help me further. I wonder if the outcome would be different if I was a paying customer. Disappointing service.

I have seen Jo a number of times and have always found her to be accurate in her diagnosis and treatment. I play a lot of sport and without the maintenance exercises she issues I don’t think I would still be as active as I am!
