I arrived here for my first time today. The place was clean, staff were professional, very welcoming.

I had the massage overload and it was amazing with Elen. I got the exact 1 hour and a half which I find some places lessen the time. So was extremely happy. I was offered a drink of water after also. Thank you so much I will be back and have already recommended you all.

Absolutely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism in this salon. Angharad was more interested in colouring her own hair than her clients hair, vaping in the shop, swearing and making it feel like a youth club rather than a salon/ buisness. Im not sure if she can’t weave or she just “couldn’t be arsed “ my app was due to start at 9.30, it didn’t start till 10, she has absolutely no time management it’s shocking. If you are going to give paying customers a trainee that’s fine but could it be advertised to give people a heads up to what they are walking in on. If it wasn’t for the other hairdresser in the shop that was absolutely lovely and tried to offer me a cut, advice, and I think could see that I was a bit “pissed off with the service” - I would not have paid for the service I had. The blow dry was not a blow dry. A brush didn’t go through my hair to place before blow drying it, there was dots of bleach all over my dark brown hair that I attempted to remove with my fingers while she was picking her own hair colour. Honestly I can’t emphasise enough if you go here, make sure you get the stylist that actually cares about her clients and the shops reputation because the girl I had was absolutely shocking, been to many a salon and never have I had this type of experience. Gobsmacked. I never leave bad reviews as I know it’s detrimental to business’ and I like be to support local business’ but I’d hate for anyone to experience what I did here.

Overall the hair colour wasn’t awful, and the toner that the other hairdressers suggested was a lovely colour, but I will be putting a box over it purely because the highlights are so bulky and thick - like I specified that I didn’t want and explained that I wanted a blend. I strongly believe had I not had had the hairdresser I had that my hair would have been perfect and I appreciate that she is a trainee and is learning but she coloured on her own, and she didn’t seek for help at any stage. I don’t want to knock anyone’s confidence but I do feel that they need to know also and perhaps the booking system should specify having a trainee.

I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. I had a Hydrotherm full body massage this morning which was a new experience for me but do not hesitate in trying it. You won’t be disappointed!

I have some health and mobility issues so turning over during a regular massage is very painful. During this massage you lay on your back on a warm water-bed type pillow. This helps relax your muscles whilst having a massage to release the tension. Glorious!

Carina knew exactly the right level of tension and was careful on more sensitive areas of my back which I had mentioned. The entire experience was relaxing and really worked out my knots, but to my surprise, I ended the massage without the usual stiffness in my back and neck from laying on my front for too long.

I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the near future. ❤️
