Was seen today at palmers dentist 23/9/23 with pain in my tooth, the 2 women who removed my tooth were AMAZING! I explained I had anxiety, & they both made sure I was okay, asking me if I’m okay, & to let them know if I need a break.

AMAZING PEOPLE ❤️ made me feel safe & at ease. Took my tooth out in minutes they deserve so much credit.

I've been coming here for blood tests every 3 months for a while now. They treat me with respect as an LGBTQ+ individual. I'm also a little bit needlephobic and I've had a few people do my bloods here and they've all been fantastic. I used to be really terrified of needles but after multiple blood tests here, they've really put me at ease about the whole situation with patience and understanding. It's also easy to book in quickly and there's never really a waiting list. I get the option where to book my blood tests and I always go here now.

I was a very nervous patient after a few days of toothache and couldnt bare for it to be touched. The emergency dentist who saw me this afternoon put me at ease and reassured me & advised extraction was the best option. Quick and pain free. Lovely ladies who were on this afternoon. Thank you

I went to the out of hours dental surgery. I was in agony, I explained that it was my wisdom tooth and i was in so much pain, my throat was swelling and my ear were starting to hurt and I thought it was an abscess. He quickly checked and said your fine just take paracetamol there's nothing we can do. So I made an appointment with my GP who confirmed that I did indead have an abscess and needed antibiotics as my face was swollen.

Mental Health services have become incredibly lacklustre and unreliable. Very ineffective and no show of actual support. The CPN is an absolutely terrible one who fails to figure out to do the simplest things in her job for her clients. It's as if they employ anybody to fill out these roles.
