I first met Ama in January this year when I went for my first ever Reiki treatment. That session was enough to make me realise I wanted to learn to be a Reiki Practitioner and that Ama was the right teacher for me. Ama is a very kind and supportive teacher. Her passion and dedication to Reiki shine through her.

I completed my Reiki level 1 with Ama just before lockdown and have recently completed Reiki 2. I started this at the end of July and Ama has implemented safety procedures with regards to Covid 19 and I felt safe and protected.

I first came across Ama about 3 years ago when I was looking for a Reiki teacher and I was inspired by her experience. So I started my Reiki journey with her and completed level 1 and 2.

I think that her method of teaching is very special as she gives you the time to digest what you learn and respects your time in your spiritual journey. I also loved giving treatments to some volunteers as part of my level 2 training as I could see how amazing Reiki can be not just on myself, but on others as well. And each time I received Reiki from her, it was exactly what I needed in that moment.

Already after I completed my level 1, I learnt things about myself and I saw some changes in me. And now Reiki is an essential part of my life, a support to use for physical or emotional relief for myself or for helping others, but also a guide.

I am very happy with my choice to learn Reiki with Ama. She dedicates her life completely to Reiki and has very high integrity as a person and as a teacher. I highly recommend her.

My Reiki training with Ama began in 2014. I truly did not know what to expect, to be honest I felt a little nervous. Ama welcomed me and soon put me at ease she was kind, compassionate and had an intuitive understanding and gentleness about her. I found she taught me in a way
that I was able to handle. Ama is very thorough and dedicated to Reiki a
truly amazing, kind and lovely human being. I learnt a lot about myself
and found Reiki a lovely healing therapy. I enjoyed completing the case studies ,discovering family and friends enjoyed and benefited from Reiki.

I completed Reiki 2 in 2016 again finding Ama an amazing teacher and
healer. I know I have grown as a human being and it is thanks to Ama

I first met Ama about eight years ago when I was looking for someone to teach me Reiki. I had already reached the level of Reiki Master with another teacher and was looking for an opportunity to further develop my Reiki experience. I made a very good choice when I met Ama and decided to go forward with her. I repeated my Reiki Master training and went on to study to be a Reiki teacher. During this time, I spent many hours watching Ama teach students, and give Reiki treatments. I learnt so much, and am indebted to those students who kindly allowed me to observe their lessons and their development.

Ama taught me so much about Reiki, not only how to give a treatment, but how to live with the philosophy that Reiki teaches us. To be kind, honest, humble, not to worry, work diligently. All of the things that so many religions embrace but without the religion. Ama taught me most by her example, as the person that she is and the values that she upholds. To this day I am grateful for all that she has taught me. I also saw watched her as she enabled students to work on the healing of their own life-experiences, which was both a privilege and very humbling.

After more than thirty years working as a teacher in Oxfordshire schools, and in teacher education at Oxford University, I feel I have sufficient experience of what makes a good teacher, and Ama upholds all the values that I consider to be important. Her honesty and integrity, and her commitment to her Reiki life underpin all of that. I would recommend her as a Reiki teacher, and a Reiki healer to anyone. I only hope that I can half as good, one day.

I first saw Ama 3 years ago; signed off work for 2 weeks, close to burnout with a 3 Y/O child, and friends had recommended Reiki. A quick search in my new area found Ama and from the moment we spoke I felt healing begin, a wave of loving calmness came over me and I knew I was on the right path.
Our first session was intense and powerful. Huge amounts of grief simply lifted from my heart, and I felt 100 times better afterwards. Every session since has been different but profound, even when performed remotely. Ama is my absolute go-to for healing whenever I need.
I went onto complete level 1 and begin level 2, and find Ama to be so insightful, loving, kind and honest. A complete living embodiment of Reiki energy. Ama is a woman of high integrity, with an incredible healing gift to share. I can not recommend her highly enough, for both Reiki healing and teaching.

I have been suffering from long term insomnia, tried herbal medicine, cognitive behaviour therapy, acupuncture but all of them had marginal benefit. Yoga helped me for the first 2-3 year of this ordeal so I would have enough energy to work and live. But my health was crashing by the time I reached out to Oxford Reiki (Ama) for help. I started receiving treatment then went on completed reiki training up to level three with Ama. Reiki has truly been amazing. Although my sleep disorder is not completely fixed yet, I am definitely on my path to full recovery from this disorder. My Physical health has been improved tremendously and Reiki keeps my morale high during the most difficult times. I am so grateful for the reiki I received from Ama and will forever cherish the loving memory of learning from Ama. 💓 💓 💓
