Alison is amazing. I thoroughly recommend her. She’s knowledgeable, professional and listens to you. I’ve regularly seen her for the last 12 months for acupuncture. This is the first time in several years I haven’t needed multiple courses antibiotics over the winter.

I have had ongoing injuries in my lower back and hip for a long time, tried all types of massages etc and none of them worked.

I first came to see Alison just a couple of months ago but the positive change in how I feel over that short time has been enormous. I have been struggling with various symptoms of chronic stress for a few years and really wish I had come for treatment with Alison sooner! I was very lucky to have received acupuncture from Alison as part of the SAMS Community Acupuncture Clinic.
I was nervous to try it as I am not a huge fan of needles but I was pleasantly surprised.
Alison made me feel very relaxed and comfortable as I sat around a small table with the other participants.
Alison explained what she was going to do and encouraged me to just take a few deep breaths. The needles didn’t hurt at all, it felt more like a gentle but firm pressure in the top of my head and I felt comforted like I had a weighted blanket on me. I found it easy to close my eyes and just relax. Afterwards I did feel very tired and thirsty but I rested and the next day I woke and felt a huge shift in my mood and energy. I would highly recommend Alison especially if you have specific issue from joint pain to hormonal/menopausal conditions that are causing you issues - Alison is like a magician and can get to the root of the problem not just mask over the imbalances ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
