I have recently had a knee replacement and I wanted to start physio as soon as poss. My friend recommended Ade and I'm so pleased she did.
Ade is knowledgeable and experienced, he listened to me when I experienced muscle tension and we practised different exercises to reduce and eliminate this, he was very encouraging and offered advice and guidance on techniques.

I have just finished a six week course of physiotherapy following a knee injury caused at work. This injury caused significant pain and limited movement greatly. The treatment and exercise regime implemented by Ade was excellent. He is an extremely personable man who was sympathetic to the needs of the patient and set realistic targets to improve the injured joint. As a result, I now have much greater flexibility and movement in my knee and the pain and swelling has significantly diminished. My knee feels stronger and I believe that continued exercise will continue to improve things. I found Ade to be a very caring man, who explained carefully my options to treat my shoulder and neck pain. he gave me an injection in my shoulder muscle and put me at my ease. At my follow up 10 days later he gave me exercises to do. That's it no unnecessary future visits. I highly recommend him.

Plantar fasciitis was what introduced me to Ade. I had it in my right foot and it was causing me lots of trouble. As a commuter I relied on my feet to get me to and from work, on and off trains and across London at pace.
When I went to see Ade I could hardly walk on my foot and it was having knock on affects on my hip and knee. He quickly got to work, diagnosed the problem and set about getting me out of pain and moving more fluidly with a combination of Shockwave Therapy and manipulation. I saw Ade for 3 more follow-up sessions and he also gave me a series of exercises to also do to help keep the foot moving. It worked a treat.
Ade is an incredibly knowledgable guy, he cares about his patients and does his upmost to get them out of pain and mobile as soon as possible. He listens and has a huge range of clinical skills, techniques and medical training to help all sorts of problems. My partner and I have seen a number of different physios and chiropractors in this area over the many years we've lived here. Without doubt Ade is the best.
He is so good I have recommended him to a number of family and friends in the area. He has clinics in Herne Bay and Birchington so is very easy to get to. Whether you have an ache, a pain or a strain, don't hesitate, go and see Ade. You will not regret it!

Was recommended to go to see Ade by someone who was having treatment with him, I had a shoulder injury which happened while I was at work and Ade was amazing with my care and his advice and extensive knowledge of treatment and advice for recovery was excellent. He made me feel at ease, we laughed although at the beginning I done a lot of crying too from the pain, but i feel like I've known him all my life. His treatment was five star service and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs care. I'm on the road to recovery although Ade has assured me should I need him at all, just to give him a call.
