Olivia and I started our coach training at the same time, she became my coach and we embarked on a learning partnership. We explored coaching models, concepts, general practise, and style. Even though at the time we were in our early days, I felt like I was being coached by someone experienced and a natural. If I were to say three key elements to describe the style I’d say: emergent, reflective, adaptive. Her deep thinking was apparent in her reflections and in her ability to grasp what was happening in clear simplified language. I benefitted greatly from having Olivia as my coach. During our sessions I gained important and pivotal insights, discoveries that will continue to assist my life. Our connection has evolved into what is best described as an ‘open shape-shifting supportive space’ which has been a wonderful way to continue learning and growing. I’ve been working with Olivia for a few months now, and at first I was quite sceptical yet open to try life coaching. I started working with Olivia at one of the darkest periods of my life where every decision and thought was plagued with self doubt and inferiority and I felt like nothing would improve. We have worked on different exercises, deeply discussed my thought processes and then doubted my self doubt in a manner of ways.
We are now about 4 months into our coaching and I can’t believe how different I feel. Quite simply, I’m no longer plagued with self doubt weighing down my every move/decision. Olivia is so genuine and it shines out of her. She is professional and kind and more to the point, an extremely caring, experienced and outstanding life coach. I can’t quite believe the impact she’s had on my life so far , and thinking of who I can become with Olivia’s help makes me burst with excitement.

My time spent in coaching sessions with Olivia D'Silva were extremely helpful to me.

Initially i had no idea what to expect from coaching but when meeting Olivia her kindness and attention to detail when listening to my concerns and needs, were second to none.

There were multiple occasions when i would mention something, and Olivia would remember what i said to her weeks before and because of this brilliant connection Olivia made by listening so intently and relating back. I was able to come to come to a higher realisation that i never would of come to by myself.

Most of all Olivia, genuinely cared about me when i spoke to her she showed me compassion when i was down, and gave me the belief and advice to get me back on track and realise my already hidden talents.
