I have had a running injury that simply wouldn’t go away. I’ve been to see the NHS physio, private physio, a personal trainer, and I nearly gave up running, then I came to Tina. Tina was the first person to provide instant relief to my injury and helped it start to recover after six months problems with it.
Tina is a lovely, professional person who makes me feel that I can get through this injury. I’m definitely in safe hands and would highly recommend her sports therapy massage treatments. They are amazing!

I have mobility problems as a result of congenital hip dysplasia & have been seeing Tina for a while - all treatments are superb and Tina is a magician at keeping me going!
I had my right knee replaced in 2018 & finally got a date to have my left knee replaced a few months ago. Having struggled to recover after the first one I was concerned as to how long this second recovery would take. Tina recommended deep oscillation treatment before and after surgery. I had 3 treatments in the week before the op & 3 in the weeks shortly after. The results are fantastic. Pain was minimal after just 2 weeks & I was back at work in just 4 weeks! As well as that the scar has healed perfectly and is already feeling much smoother.
I fully recommend Tina & trust her judgment completely. I'm so glad that I had these treatments - they have made the world of difference to my recovery.

I have arthritis in my fingers, Tina at Old Mill Therapies really helps my hands stay pain free and mobile. She has also solved years of shoulder pain and helped me recover from back surgery. She is very knowledgeable and understands how to help complex musculoskeletal problems.
