just finished up a couple months of rehab for a very long lasting back injury. Owen massively helped me understand the injury better and gave full structured programme that was more than manageable to head in the right direction. I’ve been to OL Massage Therapy multiple times. His booking system is really straight forward and he offers different sessions to suit your needs. Olly is really thorough during the sessions and he asks what the reason is for your session and what areas you need work on. He explains and talks you through what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable. He also gives you some stretches to do at home to help.
